• 2 cups of semolina
• 2 cups of sweet yogurt
• Half a cup of sugar
• 1 cup of grated coconut
• 100 g of butter
• 1¼ cup of pistachios for decoration
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C
- Put 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water to the boil and let it cool down (this is a syrup).
- In a separate bowl mix semolina with the sweet yogurt and sugar and half cup of grated coconut.
- In a buttered baking tray add the mix. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until roasted Set the sweet syrup above let it absorb. Spread the pistachio and coconut. Serve
