Ingredients:
• 500 g deboned pork leg, cubed
• 45 ml (3 tablespoons) soy sauce
• Cornflour
• Oil
• 2 each red, orange and yellow peppers, cut into strips
• 210 ml (1 jar) sweet ‘n sour sauce
• 250 g egg noodles, cooked and drained
Method:
- Marinate the pork in soy sauce for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Roll pork in cornflour. Heat oil and fry pork until golden.
- Cover and steam-fry until done. Set aside. Fry the peppers and spring onions.
- Add sweet and sour sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Mix pork with pepper mixture. Serve on noodles.
