Ingredients:
• 8 potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil
• 250 g bacon
• 250 g cream cheese
• 300 g spinach
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Line a ring cake tin with foil and grease with food spray.
- Season the potato with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
- Arrange a layer of potato slices in the pan, followed by bacon, cheese and spinach.
- Repeat until all the ingredients have been used, ending with cheese.
- Drizzle with oil and bake for 1 hour.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from ring tin.
